Somatic Sex Education aims at helping individuals better understand and enhance their physical experiences, sexuality, and sexual relationships. It targets deepening the sexual experience by using methods such as mindfulness, sensory exploration, breathwork, movement, meditation, touch and communication.
Mindfulness & Compassion Education is an experiential approach that supports individuals in developing present-moment awareness and a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Through 9-weekly Mindfulness & Compassion Programme (MCP) that blend mindfulness, meditation, breath, movement, and reflection, it invites deeper emotional and physical awareness, and helps integrate mindfulness and compassion into everyday life. The process encourages greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and inner balance.
Mindfulness & Emotional Coaching invites individuals to explore their emotional landscape with curiosity and presence. Using mindfulness-based tools, body awareness, and coaching methods, it helps build emotional literacy, recognize patterns, and connect with underlying needs. This approach supports navigating difficult emotions with more ease, making clearer decisions, and creating space for meaningful and lasting change.
